Stayed for 5 nights in one of the Club rooms. The room was amazing, so was the view. Staff was very friendly and helpful, this for all areas of contact, cleaners (I stayed on level 37, reception, breakfast buffet at the lobby and at lounge.
Pool and gym were great too, breakfast was excellent!
I very pleasant stay!

Hotel was beautiful! The was a slight mold smell in the hallway. The reception didn’t inform us of the amenity book so please ask for it…super helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Mall, food court, easy access to restaurants and more.

I cannot fault this hotel; it is spotlessly clean, has everything everyone needs for the stay and the front desk, cleaners were amazing. I cannot ask for more as we were well looked after. I will definitely come back and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone if they stay in Hong Kong.
