Cute little hotel located conveniently less than 5 minutes from the airport. We had an early morning departure and the front desk arranged a shuttle to take us and one other hotel guest to the airport. The shuttle showed up promptly and the hotel worked perfectly for a one day trip. We took a taxi to downtown Florence and enjoyed the sights prior to departure.

I have never been to a hotel were the staff were so dedicated to their guests before. From the friendly staff, always ready to help, to the amazing food.
We stayed here our first night of the trip and ended coming back early morning on our last when our flight was cancelled. They made sure we had a room as soon as possible, and provided a cot. They also helped get us to the airport the next, very early, morning. I can not recommend this hotel enough!
