Everything was great!!

The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. Unfortunately the Hot tub was broke down every day we were there even after maintenance had supposedly fixed it. This was one of the main reasons I had booked this hotel.

Front desk was extremely helpful and property was clean. The only downside was the hot tub didn’t seem to be working properly

We were very pleased with this property. The front desk staff was so efficient and helpful from the moment we called from the airport for the hotel shuttle, to check-out time.
The suite was clean and comfortable, and when we found ourselves in need of extra pillows late in the evening, someone showed up immediately to deliver them! We were even asked if we had any allergies when ordering the pillows, as they were feather - I call that excellent service and attention to detail that needs to be out in the hospitality industry to keep ahead of the competition! Well done!
Breakfast was good, check out was fast, and the front desk person had our shuttle to the airport on the way before we turned in the key cards. Thank you Homewood!
