Excellent only downfall I would say is the night time music that goes on till 12 which is not really ideal for kids

You need to sort out people leaving items on Sun loungers all day and not using them!! Have a guard patrolling around the pools and if one isn’t used for 1 or 2 hours remove their towel/beach item, so someone else can use it. It’s just not fair on people who actually want to use them.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. There were many guests during our stay as it was during the Eid holidays, but everything was orderly. There are many staff available to assist with any requests. Even housekeeping was available in the late afternoon to get us new bathroom towels. Food selections was a big variety and delicious. Keep it up Grand Park Lara. Well done overall.
