I have mobility issues & would have liked to have seen grab bars & non slip strips in the tub/ shower. the toilet was also very low, same height as the tub, which made it very hard for a person of my age ( 82) to sit & stand. Do you have rooms that are set up for handicapped/ disabled customers?

Hot tub out of commission. Some panels in the hallways for electricial open. Pool was nice and had pool towels on hand around the pool.
No batteries in remote for t.v and front desk closed at night we had to go out and find our own. Beds very firm
