Clean rooms. Good free breakfast. Quiet. Water stays hot. A/c stays cold. Pet friendly. NO BUGS IN THE ROOMS (besides the microphones I found)...(kidding about the mics)
Soda machine only had sprite and diet dr pepper majority of the time and its just out of walking distance from downtown and Baylor but its the best place in Waco for the price for sure.
