Excellent location. Beach is excellent

A really central location, across the passeggiata from the beach, ten minute walk from the train station, two minutes from the bus staion…Hotel Eden couldn’t be better positioned. The interior is glossy and spotless. The lift functions as it should, the roof terrace is a delight and all amenities were readily accessible. My room, a single, had a balcony, a larger than usual single bed, an immaculate en-suite and plenty of storage. The air conditioning was practically silent and the daily housekeeping kept it super clean. Breakfast provided everything you could hope for….hot, cold, continental, traditional. I particularly like the egg boiler. Such a treat to have soft boiled eggs in a hotel! Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The only downside is the lack of any kind of soundproofing, which had me wakening with the early risers, embarrassed at the nocturnal romances and slightly nervous at a late-night, drunken exchange. I will certainly return to Hotel Eden and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
