The bunk bed room was perfect for our two younger kids. However, the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep during our stay due to the heat. Once the weather cooled down at night, the large fan helped a lot. Parking was tight, and there are four EV chargers outside, although they are quite expensive at £0.98 per kWh. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I stayed here for one night with my daughter after a trip to Peppa Pig World, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. It was absolutely wonderful.
The staff were lovely, and there was so much to do. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, played ping-pong, explored the grounds, and even went on the zip line.
The most magical part was seeing the wild horses just a short walk away. Being right in the heart of the New Forest made it feel really special.
My daughter also loved the piano man and danced her little heart away.
To make our stay even more special, the hotel surprised her with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch and made her day.
It was truly an amazing experience, and we can’t wait to come back.

Breakfast was tasty and filling.
Would definitely return.
