Very good food, could improve in service especially at the pool. Also had 2 different rates for the late check out which was odd but was solved pretty easy.
Overall a 5 star experience with a great cuisine.

One of the best hotels during our stay in western sicily. The spa is breathtaking, very well maintained and designed. The rooms are comfortable. The pool area is very tranquil and relaxing.

Excellent accommodation and service.
I would recommend a hire car if you wish to get out and about though the hotel can organise taxis and trips.
The spa is an added bonus

Wow a classic resort, beautifully designed, elegant, friendly staff, wonderful suite. Though most notable was the food - exceptional. Compliments to the chef.
