The staff were incredible, arrived early and went above and beyond to make sure our villa was ready. It was perfect, faultless actually. Perfectly spotless, with every amenity needed. Daily house keeping, and courtyard and pool maintenance.
The private plunge pool was divine.
All of onsite pools and gardens were pristine. And only a very short walk from our accommodation to the beach. It was truly magnificent, I can’t wait to return.

The Hotel and room were amazing. Would definitely stay there again. I left an item behind in the room and management had it sent back to me. Very impressed!

My partner (now fiancé!) and I had an excellent stay here. I rang in advance to organise a couple of things as a surprise as I was planning to propose to my partner during our stay in Palm Cove. Daniella was a star and helped out massively.
Our room was beautiful, the rest of the staff were lovely, the included breakfast was really good and we had dinner in the Temple of Tastes restaurant one night which also really tasty.
The hotel is in a great location in the beach town of palm cove: just out of the town enough that it feels secluded and peaceful but still walking distance to the Esplanade, bus and a number of restaurants, bars etc.
You can walk right to the beach from the pool area of the hotel.
We also had a great experience in the hotel’s Spa having massages.
