I have never had a more pleasant experience here. The staff at this establishment is incredible and genuinely take pride in their hospitality of their guests. I highly recommend the restaurant here as well. We had exceptional food and the knowledge from the staff educating us on our choices was perfect.
We loved the room as it was always very clean and the staff that cleaned our room took care of every detail.
The breakfast was also exceptional and I have to say that the staff here was wonderful and just so friendly to us.
I have nothing bad to say and happily recommend this hotel!!!!

Plan to carry your bags. The streets are original cobblestone and are not well kept. The provided luggage cart is as efficient as Brexit was

This is a wonderful hotel in the historic section. It is easy walking distance to all the historic sites including the castle, the squares, and the museums.
