Absolutely outstanding from start to finish! Located away from the main hustle and bustle, but easy to get to everywhere you want to go. The staff were delightful, the food was top-notch, the room was perfect for our needs (2 bed villa). Nothing was too much for them, from an extra flat white at breakfast (beats some I’ve had in Australia!), to arranging a private driver and a full day tour itinerary (our driver was Agung, super friendly and knowledgeable). Will definitely be telling everyone we know about this place, and hopefully we can come back again soon!
