Check-in was simple. My daughter got there before us due to a few accidents and slow-downs. The lady at the front desk called and verified that it was OK and allowed my daughter to enter, thank the Lord because we were delayed over an hour!
Everything was clean.
Room was amazing and beds were comfy.
Breakfast was nice.
Pool is indoors, and it gets HOT in the room. There was no ventilation.
Washer and dryer on site, but its finicky and decides when it will and won't work. Decided it wouldn't work for us and when we told management we were told to dispute the charge with the bank. THERE IS A 24 HOUR LAUNDRY ACROSS THE STREET, my daughter said it was lovely and worked prefectly.
There was a cracked (busted) floorboard in the room and some loose floor trim.
Overall it was a good stay, and we'd stay again.
