The manager was great, the young man at the reception was very helpful but the two ladies not as much.
The room was clean, only one thing they should pay attention to is the bath drain needs cleaning.

The Dilworth was a nice, clean hotel. Staff at sign in were efficient and friendly and very welcoming to my small dog. The only comment I have was that the breakfast should have had some more gluten free options.
