We took aged parents and I hadn't picked up anywhere that lift went to first floor only. Room was comfortable. Front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast good have been more geneous or perhaps those who went before had eaten all the croissants!

Interesting, quirky property set in large grounds.
Room comfortable enough for our 1 night pit-stop on the way south.
Staff friendly & efficient.
The restaurant 192 in the cellar was fantastic - great atmosphere & the food was delicious!

Short stay at hotel
Nicely located in a large park, well maintained historical castle
One event held at hotel , wedding , caused noise during the night. Better room planning could avoid disturbance among various customers
