Loved the spacious rooms and quiet resort. We will definitely go back. Also, the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Hotel is nice, well maintained and located in an unbeatable location. This particular hotel does not abide by the overall Hilton policies which is why I had to use expedia, rather than directly booking through Hilton. The hotel is in a cliff thus, it requires to use the stairs constantly. The signaling within the hotel is something that it might need to be improved, as it is fairly easy to get lost while trying to navigate through the corridors.

Extremely beautiful property. The beach front is less crowded than the more popular areas. I liked this beach front more than Las Gatas honestly. The staff was amazing and very kind as well.

The property was gorgeous whether day or night, Very clean and extremely kind and helpful staff. Be prepared for lots of stairs throughout the property and not many food options. Only one restaurant was available on site during our stay which serves from morning to night. Ate there once. The room service menu needs updating as many options listed from the QR code are not available. Area is not walkable and taxis only take MXN so be prepared in advance. Short ride into town. The room was a great size, lighting however is not very good and mosquitos get inside very easily as the patio doors are not fully sealed. Take bug spray unless you want to be eaten up. Be prepared for little crabs also which come in the room. The bathroom is not private at all with no door to shower or sink area so we used a towel to create some privacy. AC and fans work great to keep the room cool. We didn’t get an opportunity to use the pools as we were in town for a wedding and busy and weather was rainy also but there are 2, one for adults and one for families and many area for seating. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly. We would stay here again.
