If you have a car, this is a good place to stay as parking is free at the hotel.
The Branik area is definitely a suburb though and although there is a tram around 200 meters away, it will take around 15 minutes to get into town. The hotel is fine and clean. I will definitely stay there again. It is a budget, clean hotel in the suburbs. That is the best description.
