Nice hotel, clean and walking distance to the main attractions.

For a 4 star hotel I would expect a kettle in the room. The bathroom was clearly new but empty (no hangers for shower towels). No bidet either. Very comfortable bed and huge room.
The staircase smell of fried oil,not pleasant. The view is magnificent. Parking was good as well.

Food at restaurant was amazing, lots of places to walk for shopping and food.

Good hotel with great location, near Segovia's city center. In general, the hotel needs to be updated/remodeled, thus it shouldn't be cataloged as a 4 stars hotel.
