The room was very clean and exactly like the photos. The breakfast had a bunch of choices to pick out from. The staff was very friendly and helpful they keep the front lobby locked so no random people can just come into the building. That made me feel much safer.

I stayed here while attending a conference.
The bed was actually quite comfortable with ample amounts of pillows.
The shower was spacious and had good pressure.
The room was extremely small, but it was all you needed.
The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean.
The continental breakfast was simple, but enough to get you going for the day (and with how expensive San fran is, it was nice to have breakfast provided twice!)
I would definitely recommend staying here if your in San Francisco. It's easy to get around by public transportation and there are good places to eat close by.
Next time I go to San Francisco, I'll be trying to stay here again.
