Friendly welcome. The room is clean and has everything you need, including a well appointed kitchenette. Close to the beach and lots of eating options nearby. Great, simple, basic motel for a reasonable price - can’t ask for more.

Great motel. Spotless room, comfortable bed. What more could you ask for?
