Overall a comfortable stay. But was not informed that I would have to go to another hotel a block away to check in and get card to access the building.
Room was set up well. View was a blank wall — but it allowed daylight in and certainly was private! Convenient location with many transit options.

Definitely minimal amenities but knew this going into the stay based on other reviews. No iron/board and no wash cloths provided. Street noise was definitely an issue for my one night but kind of have to expect this being downtown and in an older building.
