Location was really good.
Most of the staff could NOT communicate well in English. We booked with Breakfast and when we had to leave early to join a tour, they were unable to provide us with even a small pack & go (even a few fruits or just a sandwich) breakfast which was very dissapointing.
They had a kettle and tea/coffee satches, but didn't have a tea spoon or something to stir our tea/coffee.

Deluxe twin room was clean and spacious and we were lucky to get view of Namsan Tower. No Breakfast on Sunday morning was absolutely atrocious so would not recommend it.
