All of the staff are absolutely excellent, I must say the two concierge’s were exceptionally helpful but all of the staff are great

Beautiful spot. However was abit stressful as no where it's mentioned to contact property for hotel transfer as there isn't any way of getting there once you get off the bus in Hakuba and no easy access to a convenient store and cafes up on the hill. There is a restaurant with breakfast and dinner only. So with young kids was tricky. Still had the best time.

Room is tidy and clean, front line staff are kind and helpful with fluently speaking of English.
