Very clean and well maintained property, run by very helpful staffs. We always stay here when we come to Tainan to visit families. The first night we were here one of the kid has motion sickness and the staff came to clean the room right away and was very accommodating. We really appreciate it. Their buffet breakfast also is great and has many variety to chopse from. The only thing is the hotel does not have an indoor pool and the kids play room and the gym is limited.

AC duct exits need cleaning for a hotel like this. Kind of smelly. Bath room shows aged and worn. It requires walking to the other corner of the room to get a towel in wet feet after taking a shower. could not find a pen or a piece of paper in my room to leave a note for my family member, when needed to leave the room temporarily.
Situated in quieter location of the city, air quality is good around it.
