Helpful staff. Fixed AC heater. But hot water wasn’t good in shower/bath.

Decent accomodation about 15 minutes walk to Burwood Plaza. Had complementary parking and continental breakfast ( basic). Except for the pillows being a bit on the firmer side had no other issues. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit which was spacious. The check in staff was super nice- thank you.

The staff were very helpful on arrival and departure. The room was dated but clean, and comfortable with plenty of undercover parking available. There were several dining options very close by, especially the Buddha Raksa Thai Restaurant. The included breakfast was adequate with the option of an extra Breakfast Menu at very reasonable prices. Overall a pleasant experience, we would happily stay again.
