Overall it was good with big rooms. Just that on one day when the music played suddenly in our room..it took them long to take action until my husband has to call them 3 times. However they do give an apology gift, just that we feel prompt action could be given.

Requested for a change of room on day two and it was promptly seen to. everything was settled in less than 30 minutes with zero hassle. Very Grateful.
