Our stay here was the perfect way to conclude our honeymoon. The room was very clean and the view was just incredible. We also enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the restaurant, and both pools. The location was ideal—close to the airport and so many shops and restaurants. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma!

Great location, good for travellers who want to mix beach and visiting. Super safe for solo travellers. Easy access to the bus with a direct line to Palma. The boardwalk offers great access to many small supermarkets and restaurants if you don't want to go to Palma.
Getting across the island to visit the Eastern part requires a car - taxi fares are extremely high if you don't want to burden yourself with a car rental, in addition to which parking anywhere is very difficult and in so some cases impossible.
For North Americans the Air conditioning wasn't limited and not strong enough.
Breakfast buffet lacked variety and there wasn't enough water bottles in the room fridge and no complimentary drinks were offered at arrival or in the room during the stay.

Beach view is amazing! Great breakfast and dinner buffet. Room was clean. The bed was too hard for me but the staff at the front desk had the chambermaid put on a topper and make the bed up as a double and it was great! Much appreciated for taking care of our needs. Highly reccomend and you cannot beat the location!
