Property is clean. It is located close to the road so you can hear the traffic and trucks all night long if you are a light sleeper. The bed is VERY firm as well. The shower pressure is really good and the water gets hot— nice and relaxing after hiking and looking for elk.

Very clean, well maintained. Close to Benezzette and area restaurants.
The room provides you with the basics, bed, bathroom with shower and TV. Coffee and fridge in lobby if you need those. Perfect for us since we don't spend alot of time in the room anyway. A little noisy from traffic but we're always happy with our stay.
