The Westin Los Cabos Resort Villas - Baja Point

Very beautiful place!!! We stayed at Baja Point and the view was just breathtaking! Our room was so clean and spacious, the front desk and workers were all so kind and helpful since the moment we got there. Will definitely come back! One thing I will say the elevators were a bit confusing I had to use the phone by the elevator to call the front desk for directions on our first night however it was pretty easy to get the hang of afterwards also it’s pretty quiet at night meaning not much staff around to help so just keep that in mind but if you use any of the phones they’ll come and help! 10/10 will definitely recommend.

The sunsets are beautiful here. The staff offered great service. Hotel was impeccable. The price is reasonable for what you are getting. No complaints.

Everything was great. Our only complaint was that leaving our room, 412 in Baja point, the smell of sewage was strong every day. Was pretty gross. But as soon as we were upstairs it was gone. So it was a hold your breath and go. Didn’t smell in the room either. But next time I would ask to move rooms and it kind of grossed you out when u r feeling clean hah. Pools were great. Towels are available at both big pools which one of been good to know as we kept going to the main pool next door at the resort to get towels and u have to turn them in everyday. Don’t forget. The El Cielo restaurant was amazing. Very fancy and lots of food. Buffet was great also, especially Sunday mornings. Check in was great. If you want hotel shuttle from the airport you have to schedule it in advance. We used Uber everywhere. We also ended up with an amazing driver we kept using that took us to the grocery store and let us shop around while he waited for very little money! I have his number if you want it! Knows plenty of English as well. Bellhop Thomas was amazing and very helpful through-out our stay. The beach is closed and very gnarly waves so be careful even walking on the sand. Jelly fish to wash up on the sand. Beds were amazing as were the pillows, I’m super picky too. Shower was hot and awesome water pressure. Probably best place Ive stayed for that. We used the closet wall safe for extra cash and passports, worked out great. Would definitely stay again!!!

It was an amazing property.. I like the space abd privacy it offers. Well maintained and everyone was so friendly. It's by the water but you cant swim on it because of the big waves.. I paid for breakfast buffett and was charged for bottle of water.. It was 170MXN ($11) per bottle 650ml and they serve 1 bottle per person. I dont drink a lot ot water since I do order for soda/cocktail but had to pay for it anyway.. So be mindful when you ask for water. All these restaurants in the property charge for water.. and food/cocktail cost was comparable to Vegas's 5star hotels... a bit pricey.. Valet service only for car and I believe it was expected to give them tips.. but like I said everyone was extremely nice.
