The place is very clean but the lighting in the room was terrible. The staff was very asocial not very accommodating. The housekeeper was great. No single breakfast options. Everyone doesn’t want buffet but there are nice cafes nearby. I wish the people at the front desk were friendlier and more welcoming. It’s hard enough being a visitor from another country on top of not speaking the language made it difficult but Overall a decent stay

the hotel is more of a 3 star closer to a 2. room was cleanish, but paint was peeling from the bathroom walls and you can see all the water marks on the wall and ceiling (mould). the bathtub was downright dangerous. staff were mostly friendly and helpful. unless they renovate the rooms, not the best hotel to stay at. oh and they never refilled the shampoo bottle so it was empty during my whole stay.
