We had an absolutely wonderful experience here, all thanks to Alyssa at the front desk and her coworker! Right before our family headed out for a day at Universal Studios, one of our family members accidentally lost their purse in the lobby.
Alyssa and her colleague found it and went completely out of their way to ensure it was kept safe and securely held for us until we returned. Losing a purse could have easily ruined our day, but their honesty, quick thinking, and incredible helpfulness saved the trip.
Thank you so much, Alyssa, for turning a stressful moment into a reminder of how amazing the hospitality is here. You are a rockstar!

We got the room with the jet tub inside, the tub was clean and had no nasty stuff coming from the jets. Excellent, very clean room and floors, we will be back. Thank you!
