What a great place to stay....so convenient to shops, trams and all the city of Berlin has to offer. The staff were great. Check in and check out were both very efficient.

The air conditioner didn't work, so the receptionist immediately offered compensation. When we noticed it was too hot, she moved us to a much better, cooler room after one day, while still compensating us. We truly appreciate that.
Additionally, the hotel is well-designed and well-located.
