Generally didn’t get told what we were entitled to.
The room was amazing, very happy with it!
•Through Expedia App. asked questions and never got an answer with communication with contacting the hotel. I rang Expedia directly, for answers.
I also rang the hotel directly as well and Spoke to a young lady a few days prior to our booking and she was not helpful and had no idea.

Staff were AMAZING. Nothing was a problem & they were so friendly. Room was exactly as explained & finding rooms with a spa bath in the room was easy to book online. Mini bar was stocked with lots of Australian products. Would highly recommend staying there & will be my new go to anytime I am in Brisbane
