Under major construction.

The first room offered to us smelled so badly of cigarette smoke and mold/musty. The bathroom floor had visible clumps of black hair on the bathroom floor (gross) and old french fries in the corner by one of the beds. We requested a room change, which was honored...the second room was on a fully recently renovated floor and was much nicer...but the door handle was installed upside down (which made it very challenging to both enter and exit the room) and the hallways still smelled musty. The front desk staff person on Saturday evening (until 11:00 pm) was amazing. the front desk staff person on Sunday morning was horrible (she was outside smoking so we waited for her...when she didn't return after 5 minutes, I approached her outside (while smoking) and asked her if she could have the towels refreshed in our room. She said "of course" but when we returned to the property that evening, it had not been done.

Glad to see the hotel was being updated. We stayed on the first floor and it smelled a little musty, don’t know if the pool being close by attributed to the odor or not. This was our second stay but will definitely return when visiting family. Thanks for being pet friendly and very accommodating.

Staff was excellent as always
The pool was closed due to remodeling but the property is still above and beyond expectations
