Fabulous b&b, highly recommend. Modern & well appointed bedroom, bathroom with superb fixtures/fittings. Quirky rooms with high end furniture very comfy!
Excellent breakfast & staff very accommodating and friendly

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The best part was the great location easy walking distance to main centre of York, close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Breakfast was also fresh and delicious with a great choice for my fussy teenagers. Plus point is free parking at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.”

Love this place. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are great and being only a 10 minute walk into the heart of York and free onsite parking is a real bonus
