Great location, very clean room and washroom. There's no AC in the room but you're provided with a fan.
I have no complaints about my stay and would come again.

Wonderdul front facing room with bay windows. Wish the windows were a bit more sound proof as restaurant is located below window but they shut down around 10 pm. Overall a wonderful and comfortable stay at a boutique hotel across a lovely park away from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh. Would happily stay there again.
