This is a great old place that will take you back to 1985 and sooner.....Some of the furniture may be late 70s but that's OK. You even get a real key for your room! love it.
The old couple that run this place are very nice and they keep the place clean. The price is good and its my go to when stopping in Hope.

Comfortable, clean, competitively priced, good location. Stayed one night then returned for two more. Had trouble with one TV but the owner/operator was helpful in resolving the issue. Would definitely stay again if I stay in Hope.

"Clean, quiet, reasonably reasonably priced with an excellent Japanese restaurant next door. The air conditioning works and good water pressure in the shower. Relaxing stay with chairs and a picnic tab..."
