Kitchen was well-equiped, house-keeping was done daily. Superb location near attractions and food options. Only complaint was that the wifi was quite slow.

We had a lovely time at the EA Aparthotel Melantrich. We chose a top room floor with a walk up balcony to the rooftop. The view was amazing. Checking in/out was easy with pleasant clerks. Housekeeping was always around during the day. There is radiator heating and wall hung AC. We had read there wasn’t an elevator but were happy to find that there was one. The area is a high traffic tourist zone with lots of restaurants and shops. It felt very safe. The subway and trams are just steps away. If staying in Prague again we will definitely be back.

Pictures showed balcony, but no balcony on arrival.
However hotel staff went above and beyond to rectify this.
Hotel/reception staff were great. Helpful and friendly. Would certainly stay here again. Thank you Lukas and the rest of the team.
