Parking garage was always full. We had go park outside where it says no parking..lol

Staff, very accommodating. Hotel located very near major shopping mall, and two casinos. Non terraced room was very nice and clean, with in-room hot tub. (If you choose a room with terrace, you will experience street/bar noise). Wi-Fi was very good.
Continental breakfast was ok. (Weak prepared coffee) was my only issue.
Secured parking was a plus. Would stay here again.

Reserved a room with a hot tub or jacuzzi & they tried to put us in another room. When we got the room with the jacuzzi, the tub wasn't level & the jets didn't turn on. Had also reserved a room with a king bed & instead got 2 doubles.
