Enjoyed our time at Captains Club Hotel and Spa Thank You

The room we booked was a two bedroom apartment with a cinema room and a kitchen. It was spacious as it had two bathrooms and a huge lounge - perfect for a family. The slight downside was the tv and sound system wasn’t working in the cinema room but overall the staff were helpful by allowing us to check out a little later than normal.
I have to give special mentions for Jane and Katie (at the reception desk) and Harry (restaurant and bar). All of whom were excellent with the way they interacted with us.
A couple of areas of feedback. The breakfast buffet should be expanded as it was minimal.
I booked a two spa treatments for my wife as it was her birthday but the massage was average at best. Given the prices we believe it should have been better.
Overall a great weekend getaway.

Spotless. Resupply of milk, cookies and other water! Food fabulous!
Just a tad noisy it carries, with bar, restaurant all the one room, no carpet but in the summer I am sure with doors open that would soon be fixed.

The hotel defied all expectations. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble The views overlooked the boats and river make the whole stay v relaxing. The food was also excellent. Would definitely stay again
