I appreciate desk front agent who helped to carry luggage. Also accommodate room to a lower floor for roommate needs. Great location.

It's an Okay hotel (or hostel) for the price. It's in downtown Lisbon, everything is close to you. Don't expect luxury for the price. But just for sleeping there is ok. Although the beds were not comfortable. We booked the one with the private bathroom.
