Brand new large building at the edge of the pedestrian zone with underground parking! The complex contains private condos as well, and dedicated elevators and parking area serve those.

Extremely positive experience. The hotel was probably renovated recently, so everything is new and clean. I loved the position and I was happy to have a restaurant/beer lounge at the ground floor. I sincerely want to congratulate the staff that works there, they are extremely kind and helpful.
The only downsides of the stay were the shower, which unfortunately was draining water very slowly and created a puddle, and the breakfast which was a little bit underwhelming, considering the high quality of everything else.
