Windy Inn has everything. Excellent staff, food, newly renovated pool area which becomes a nightclub, and a wonderful view of Pattaya Bay. Best reasonably priced vacation hotel I've ever stayed in.

The place is too loud from 6pm to 3am every night. Please note that before you book! Otherwise, the place is fine, and the location is great. Friendly staff!
