Internet access is not great but everything else is :)

My room was very clean. The front desk staff are very nice. I didn't give 5 stars for everything because the fire alarm went off at 3:30 am and it was a false alarm. My room was exceptionally clean, however there was a teeny tiny roach in my bathtub. I don't believe it's because of the hotel. I learned during my time outside (because of the fire drill), that many of the guests are long-term residents and of course everyone does not have the same cleaning habits. Lastly, my bed was small (maybe a double size). It was fine for 1 person, but it could be uncomfortable for two adults if they are not on the thinner side.

Great and clean hotel, check in is a pain if you are late because they outsource the work to an Indian call center.
