Hotel is new and comfortable.
Location is excellent few walking steps away to Akasaka subway exit.
Food store Reganet Cute opens 7am to 22pm just opposite to hotel, no need to go around for convenience stores.
The restaurant may not be a good option but Starbucks, MacDonald, Yoshinoya, Komeda just at the near cross section.

Everything from check in to check out went smoothly and effortlessly. Front desk staff was patient with me since my japanese speaking isnt the greatest. The breakfast buffet staff and the food is also excellent. The housekeeping department workers ensure cleanliness in the rooms. I felt like I was checking in my room everyday since the rooms were upkept while I was out exploring fukuoka. I will recommend hotel jal city tenjin to my friends.
