Wi fi was horrible.
Had to change rooms 3 times ac wasn’t working then gave me a room that was not what I had paid for very frustrating. No
Sense of urgency not a 5 star and not Hilton standards.

The staff is very helpful and attentive. Location was perfect close to walking trails, location is great but need a car of you plan on seeing the island which I highly recommend. We would stay here again

This Hotel is one of the Best or the Best one so far!!!! Sleeping pillows , Mattress, room, shower , we loved everything compared to another stays

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms quite and big enough. They managed to arrange connected rooms for us, very kind.
