The Rosebery by Supercity Aparthotels

Great place, great stay. Kitchen and room were well equipped for an extended stay. The bathroom requires some upkeep, the grout on the floor continued to flake and break off during our stay, it could use repair that didn't seemed to be addressed prior to our check in. I was also told upon checkout that I'd receive my $250 deposit back within 7-10 business days, I've now been checked out for 14 days and still haven't received my deposit or notice regarding such. That's disappointing, hoping to get this resolved quickly as we'd like to return to use this property again in the future, but will not if the issue isn't resolved.

The property surprised me as to what was provided and how good the equipment provided was and all with clear instructions. Desk was always manned and the bed was super comfortable.

It was good.

This apartment hotel was exceptional value! It was spacious and functional with a simple decor and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and having a small kitchen was very convenient. Market was only a few minutes walk and had everything. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and check in was very smooth and easy. We were also very pleased with how easy it was to get around. Tube and train station stops only a few blocks away and bus stop only a few steps away! It only took us twenty minutes to walk to the British Museum. It was just me and my daughter and I paid more for the one bedroom but I also got to see the studio apartment and honestly, it was quite spacious and we would have been just as comfortable in there so next time I would do that and save the extra money for other things. London is an incredibly expensive city and we are from Canada so the exchange rate is against us as well. Finding a pleasant, clean and reasonably priced accommodation was wonderful.
