I loved my stay, the staff was super helpful (cleaning staff.) It was a decently sized room with a bay window and such a cute aesthetic. I was able to reach out to customer service easily, and had very few issues. The proximity to Dolores park and being able to uber everywhere was also a plus. Only downside is the drug abuse happening on the street but that’s pretty much every downtown.

Excellent location, had everything I needed, friendly staff, kept clean, easy digital access to facility and room. I recommend it!

Like the basement common room

Clean amenities, bathroom, shower, common areas. I was traveling with a bicycle and I later found out I couldn’t keep it in the room. So I was allowed to store it in the patio which was amazing.
