At our arrival, the staff was helpful and nice, and the room—although small—was comfortable. The breakfast was good.
Areas That Need Improvement:
Internet service — The connection was slow, which made it difficult to use for regular browsing or streaming.
Entertainment options — There was no Netflix available, which limited in‑room entertainment.
Laundry facilities — The dryers did not work well; it took a long time and many coins to get clothes dry. Fortunately, there are other laundromats in the area.
Overall, I would stay at Fairfield again.

Our third stay at the Fairfield Marriott. Again very enjoyable. A truly excellent breakfast with many healthy choices. Nice to see the same gentleman at the egg station. Made a delicious omelette and remembered my order !
An easy journey from the International Airport to the OCAT bus terminal. Then about 20 minutes walk to hotel.
Great trips to Nara and the bamboo forest at Arashiyama.
