Very helpful staff. Made taxi arrangements for me, provided hand phone power cord when I had forgotten mine, made change of larger bills. Thoughtful and attentive. Room was basic but clean and as advertised. Centrally located near beach and center. Guard at the entrance and parking area. Facilities were minimal, so beat for a tourist rather than business traveller. Breakfast was simple and adequate. Has room service and restaurant. Would recommend.

This is a new facility, nicely done. Cozy and comfortable. Good for a family to stay. Before this I had booked through Ibibo, they gave me The Chariot hotel where AC was not working. When I complained, they gave me another hotel called Royal Palace Marina, which was quite opposite of its name and placed in a congested lane with no ventilation and feels scary to go inside and the room is not even worth ₹500/-. I couldn’t stay there for even 10 minutes. Then I tried this hotel through Expedia. I felt comfortable after landing here.
